The Pastors College exists to train men to serve, lead, and plant local Sovereign Grace Ministries churches and to support men currently serving as pastors within Sovereign Grace.

Men who attend the college must be sent from Sovereign Grace churches where they have proven themselves in character and calling.

The Pastors College experience combines 1) a rigorous course of academic study with 2) training in practical aspects of ministry in 3) an environment that facilitates growth in humility and Christ-like character.

In addition to classroom instruction, students’ involvement in Covenant Life Church supplies them with an exceptional model of local-church life.
